So a couple years back there was this weird story on the news. Once every month this black dog went around killing people’s pets. This happened for five months and no one could figure it out. Of course, none of the local news anchors would call it a wolf. That would sound ridiculous. Witnesses simply described it as a large black dog. Finally, the police catch the thing after an alert neighbor gets the dog on camera. The footage was never released and the only statement from the police was that this dog was “returned to its owner.” I got this friend and he’s a cop, right? So I ask him, what was the deal with that black dog? At first my buddy gets all tight lipped but then he says, “I never saw no dog.”
